As a Counsellor and Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), I offer a warm, empathetic, and supportive therapeutic relationship grounded in person-centred therapy and informed by evidence-based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). I work collaboratively with clients to explore the connections between thoughts, emotions, and behaviours, while prioritizing compassion, respect, and individualized care. I tailor each session to align with your unique needs, values, and goals, creating a safe space where you can feel genuinely heard and understood.
