I know what it’s like to feel different and to feel like you don’t quite belong. Whether that feeling
comes from how your brain works, your sexuality, your friends and peers, or your family, the
impact can run deep. When you've spent a long time just trying to keep your head above water -
navigating your mental health, self-doubt, relationships, change, or the weight of a difficult past -
it can be hard to imagine a life that feels calm, connected, and fulfilling.
I believe that therapy is a space where people can begin to rewrite those stories. Not by erasing
the hard parts, but by meeting them with curiosity, compassion, and grace. When you slow
down and truly listen to yourself, you create space to understand the patterns you’re stuck in,
reconnect with who you are and want to be, and begin to heal. Therapy helps you explore not
just how to cope, but how to thrive. In building a healthier relationship with yourself, you lay the
groundwork for the building blocks of your life.
As a student therapist, I bring a warm, nonjudgmental presence, and a deep commitment to
learning and understanding. I’m especially passionate about supporting children and youths,
young adults, and families who struggle with stress, burnout, ADHD, identity exploration,
self-compassion, relational issues, and body image. I believe healing happens when we are met
exactly as, and where, we are. With compassion and not pressure; with support and not shame.
Therapy, healing, and finding your way back to yourself doesn’t follow a timeline. It isn’t about
fixing what’s broken, or being perfect. It’s about giving yourself grace, and learning to love
yourself; the good parts and the bad. When you’re ready I’ll meet you where you are, and I’m
excited to see where you’ll go.

be happy._
