Get to Know Me

About

I know that therapy can be intimidating for anyone. I give special consideration to the children and youth I see, creating a warm, playful environment where they can fully express themselves and enjoy attending sessions.

My passion lies in working with children, youth, and their families to foster collaborative therapeutic relationships that create a strong foundation for growth and transformation. My practice centers on first establishing a trusting relationship with her clients through a trauma-informed and client-and-family-centred approach that creates safety in the therapy space.

I am a Registered Social Worker in Alberta. I hold a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) from MacEwan University and a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree with Clinical Specialization in Infant, Child, and Adolescent Mental Health from the University of Calgary. I’ve worked in frontline social work for several years, supporting children, youth, and families navigating complex situations, including trauma, abuse, sexual violence, developmental concerns and diagnoses, neurodiversity, and mental health challenges.
