About
You’re here for a reason. A part of you is ready for change, clarity, relief, or a life that feels more aligned. Moments like this don’t happen by accident, they happen when something inside starts shifting. Sometimes that shift happens because we are tired of the pain, and sometimes the pain becomes unbearable and we’re left with no choice but to ask for help.
Most of us learn a particular way of responding to pain based on what we’ve lived through. We develop emotional habits, ways of protecting ourselves, coping, shutting down, pushing through, or staying strong, without ever being taught how to understand what we feel or how those feelings shape our choices. These patterns aren’t wrong, they’re familiar. But as we evolve, they don’t always support the version of ourselves we’re trying to step into.
My role as a therapist is to walk alongside you and help guide you toward a place of greater alignment with yourself and your story. We start from wherever you are, and we go at your pace. I’m here to sit with you through all that you feel-the heaviness, the overwhelm, the helplessness, the confusion, the excitement, the joy. Whatever emotion you’re feeling and whatever place you’re in is where we begin. Feeling unconditionally accepted and heard is what you can expect in the space we share in therapy.
Together, we’ll create direction and set meaningful goals that help move you into growth. We will identify the patterns that keep you stuck, build tools that support you emotionally and practically, and take realistic steps toward the changes you want to see. You won’t be doing this alone- we will actively work toward the version of yourself you’re ready to step into.
I am a student therapist completing my Master of Counselling Psychology through City University of Seattle in Edmonton. My work is grounded in Narrative Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), approaches that help clients make sense of their stories, understand their emotional patterns, and move toward deeper alignment with their values. I also bring extensive experience working with children and teens in trauma settings, which has shaped my ability to meet clients with patience and attunement in moments of emotional difficulty.
The answers aren’t outside of you. They’re within you. Together, we’ll bring them forward so you can step into a life that feels aligned and true to you.

“Every great change is preceded by chaos. Pain is not here to punish you; pain is here to awaken you. It is the signal that something in your life is ready to evolve. When you understand this, you stop resisting the discomfort and allow transformation to happen through you instead of to you.”
— Deepak Chopra
