About

Are you feeling completely stuck and overwhelmed? Or are you looking for a little extra support and comfort? Either way, I’d love to be a part of your story. Entering therapy, at any point in time, is a brave step and I’m here to offer a space where you can be yourself and find clarity, growth, and healing on your own terms.

My approach is grounded in the belief that each person has the capacity and resilience to overcome life’s daunting challenges, and I draw on various therapeutic modalities to create a holistic and collaborative experience where you feel safe, supported, and heard.

I am currently a Counselling Student working towards completing a Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology with Yorkville University. Over the past three years, I have also worked at a non-profit centre where I engaged with youth, teens, and adults in consent education, communication, and boundaries. I am also very passionate about the world of sports! I have spent almost 20 years playing ringette, and have been lucky enough to work with a variety of local teams and delivered trainings focused on empowering athletes and increasing consent in sport.

Therapeutic Modalities

- Person-Centred Therapy

- Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy

- Trauma-Informed Care

- Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFIT)

- Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT)

- Motivational Interviewing (MI)

- Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT)

“What lies behind us and what lies before us are tiny matters compared to what lies within us”.
