Olivia Cadence

Hello! My name is Olivia and I am a third-year BA Honors Psychology student at the University of Alberta. I am a part of the AIDAN (Autism, Neurodiversity, and Academic Achievement) lab at the University of Alberta. I decided to join this lab, to learn more about autism, neurodiversity, and advocacy. 

When I finish my undergraduate degree, I plan to go to grad school to become a registered psychologist just like Stephen and Cherisse! Within the field of psychology I have many areas of interest: parenting (discipline, parenting styles, attachment, parenting neurodivergent children), infant and child development (social and emotional development, conflict resolution, self-regulation), how couple relationships can affect their children, and neurodiversity within adults and children. I love to learn, to blog, and hope to find more areas of interests within psychology.
